Hello!
I am passionate about working with teens, individuals, and couples who are hoping to find deep healing and wholeness in their life. My area of focus includes trauma, anxiety, depression, faith/ spirituality, grief/loss, codependency, and the vast array of life transitions. I provide a space that is inviting and allows you the space to untangle the intricacies of your life, a place that invites you to come just as you are, and a place that welcomes all the unique parts of you. You will find I approach each of my clients from a holistic approach. Your mind, body, and brain were created to connect and communicate together, and I intend to honor your unique personhood and journey alongside you. I graduated from Grand Canyon University with a Masters Degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling with an emphasis in Marriage and Family Therapy and am registered as an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist and an Associate Professional Clinical Counselor. I also work at Golden Hills Counseling Center working with teens, individuals, and couples. I am also trained in the trauma modalities of ImTT and Brainspotting which allows us a way to process through the root issues you are facing and establish wholeness in your life.
Fee: $150.00 for a 50 minute session and $175 for couples

Sarah Byron, LMFT #136818
As a therapist, I am passionate about working with individuals and couples who are seeking healing, growth, and restoration in their lives. I approach therapy from a place of compassion, acceptance, and empathy, journeying with each of my clients on their path toward personal growth and healing. I offer a safe and restorative space in which my clients experience the deep connection of feeling heard, understood, and accepted: the place from which all growth and change begins. My areas of focus include anxiety, depression, trauma, grief/loss, faith and spirituality, codependency, and life adjustments and transitions.
I graduated from Western Seminary with a Master’s Degree in Counseling with a Marriage and Family Therapy concentration. I am registered as a Licensed Marriage Family Therapt. I also hold a Master’s Degree in Theology from The Graduate Theological Union. I have worked with adults and teens at Golden Hills Counseling Center in Brentwood, and with children and their families in the school setting through Discovery Counseling Center in Danville. I have completed Level I training in the Gottman Method Couples Counseling, I am certified as a SYMBIS Premarital Counselor, and I have been trained in the trauma informed therapies EMDR and ImTT.
